The only car they had left was an EV. I’ve never driven one so was not familiar with this at all. I had booked my rental in advance and there was no mention of this. I was told I could charge it where i was staying and even though it showed it was charging it never did. I spent well over an hour trying to find a) charge station, then another 40 minutes getting it charged. It was my second time renting a car there. The costumer service is excellent! Especially Roy, he was so helpful when I had a problem with my credit card! Super thankful!
Refuse to put winter tires on their cars.

Hello, my organization had the rental mixed up and they found a way to accommodate. Without that, I was stuck with a bill impossible to claim. Thanks so much to Roy (or Joe?) how bad of me not to remember exactly after that help provided. Plus, I made him stay a bit after hours by doing that… so nice to find employees who can take initiatives while respecting the company’s vision. We miss that now.
