Gave my husband a car that's steering was misaligned and he almost crashed driving it to work on the 400. Called roadside and they were amazing but nobody at Budget seems to care that people could have been seriously injured or killed. I will NEVER use Budget again.

⭐ 1 Star (wish I could give 0 stars) Booked a truck at Budget Truck Rental on Bryne and was not told anything about a required deposit or the need for a credit card at the time of booking. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was informed that a credit card was mandatory, which I wasn’t prepared for since this was never mentioned. Never rent a car from here. I knew it would snow, so I booked an AWD SUV in advance, but they gave me an FWD car instead. The car was not even going forward, and I was worried I might crash. I went back and asked them to replace the car, but they refused. Because of the risk, I decided to buy extra insurance from them to protect myself, even though my credit card already provides rental coverage.
