I have no idea why this place is rated so low. I have rented numerous times from this place and never had a bad experience. The cars are always well maintained with hassle free quick pick up and drop offs. Dinesh, the branch supervisor, is excellent and is always happy to cater to my requests. I have always found him managing the branch alone and he is great at it! Pricing can be high during weekends but no complaints about the service!

I make a reservation 3 weeks ago for a 7 seats car. Today I went to pick it up and they said that they haven’t had any 7 seats car until Tuesday. Today I was expecting to get the car but the person in the counter said he can’t offer me a 5 seats. Is obvious I was looking for more space. He just said he can’t do anything about it. The worst service ever. I have done all my reservations thinking in the car. I’m lucky to have another car in Enterprise and I can continue with my vacation. Awful service.
