Propriétaire super arrogant et malhonnête ce qui ce dis au téléphone n’est pas pareil à l’arrivée franchement si vous voulez pas perdre votre temps et de l’argent ni aller pas .
Tres mauvais service a la cliente , proprietaire arrogant .
Le représentant Budget Thetford mines ne respecte aucunement le contrat (réservation en ligne). Aurait dû recevoir la mini-fougonnette pour 8h am mais sera prête seulement pour 9hr. Et le départ prévu était pour 8h30. Donc.nous avons dû partir en voyage avec 2 véhicules. Trés mauvais service.
