Nice nasty Employees that would work for cheap. Obviously, can’t get a job nowhere else Because of her attitude problems. call numerous time and they decide to charge me for a whole day instead of being understanding in the situation on top of that lie and say they was busy this morning when no one was there And make it like I left the vehicle under tenant for someone else to take. Terrible service. I booked the car online. I called to confirm its availability, but they told me it was available and ready. I had a friend drive me there. Once I arrived, the same person who had confirmed the car's availability told me it had never been available. He rudely denied everything I'd called, and offered no alternative solution or assistance.

Terrible service! The vehicle was dirty when I picked it up. There was sand, food in the cup holders, and melted chocolate in the back. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it right away (lesson learned), so I cleaned it out myself before my trip. When I returned the car, in a cleaner condition than I received it, I was told I’d be charged $450 if I didn’t go vacuum it. BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!! I booked a cargo van for a one-way move three weeks in advance. I received confirmation from Budget but when I went in to pick it up, the agent told me that he had no record of it. I explained that I had a valid reservation number, which he looked up and said that it didn’t exist and that there was nothing that he could do.
