The company was very easy to get in contact with and very friendly. They even called me when the system overbooked a truck (willing to give me a bigger truck at the same price as the smaller if the first reservation confirmed). The interior of the truck was clean though the windshield could have used a good wiped down. The truck ran perfectly though I wish they could have gave us a bit of warning about how big the gas tank was (an 1/8th of a tank of gas = $16 at the pump).
