I trusted this company with everything, i even had a person tell me not to come here and i was hard headed and didnt listen. My car was suppose to be done in 8 to 10 business days it's been 2 MONTHS, it's been so long that I done saved up enough money to just buy me another car at this point, please BE CAREFUL. They don't communicate and they do NOT care about nothing but money, they can careless about me out here struggling to find a ride!
I think it’s funny that they pulled my 48re transmission and I hauled it to revmax to get covered under warranty, took it back and they want to charge me 10.5 hours lol mechanics book is quoted at 3 hours to remove and 3 hours to install. Being a shop owner 1300 miles from home dealing with a shop like this because I played dumb when I showed up makes me sick!
