Made an appointment over a week ago, my appointment was at 7:30 a.m. and was told it would be 3 hours to complete the service. Showed up this morning right at 7:30 a.m. and I was informed that I would have to leave my truck because it was going to take them all day, they had they had not finished a prior job. Alot of parts replaced not teturned?review say ripp offs?hell no going somewhere else.File a BBB complaint
Editing this after multiple failures and not doing the work they billed for. When contacted, yelling and inappropriately confrontational behavior and lying. Do not under any circumstances recommend this facility. No parts returned as requested. Will never go back. Incredibly disappointing =(
They don’t know what they are doing, I payed over 4k to fix my truck and came home 2 days later it won’t start up. I kept calling the owner louie and he ignored the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They will rob you for parts and put cheaper stuff on your car.
AVOID this shop like the plague!!! ruined my brakes and stole pars off my truck they will install inferior or countering parts and cover it up with sleazy paperwork. they're very good at running a coordinated scam. DO NO GO HERE
