Needed a tow. Was quoted a price of 1300.00 to tow truck and trailer 50 miles or 1387.00 for them to tow truck and to store trailer on their lot. I decided to keep the truck and trailer together and the manager guaranteed me they would stay in the quoted range if I chose to do so. They complete the tow and then charge me 2100.00 dollars and refused to honor the guaranteed quote and the manager stated he would have the owner contact me. Never heard a word from them. This company provides professional, friendly, efficient, and expedient service. They sent a tow truck to assist with a dead battery on my car, and when it became evident the problem was more significant, they were willing to store my care at their facility overnight and then tow it all the way to the service center the next day. Even though I called right as they were closing, they very generously and kindly rebooted their computer and set up the tow.
