Don't know what happened with Holly but I have never had anything but the BEST service at Budget Tire. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is fast and they communicate very clearly and go though everything.

LIARS--VERY DISHONEST !! – SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Horrible customer service. When they first opened I had taken my work van there for new tires. I told them white walls in. They put them out. When I asked them about it they said they would flip them around but couldnt get to it right away they wanted me to come back. This is the worst tire place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I went to get new tires on my car. First trip they balanced them at 17s and not at 15s. My car shock bad. Called them up not even mile down road they gave me run around and told me to come back next day they were open. I live an hour away. Second trip they told me they had machine set wrong( they were rushing and didn't care) so they balanced then came out saying I might have a bent rim. My car didn't shake till they touch it and then they said we think a tire migt be bad... read more

Bait-and-Switch – Dishonest. Free alignment with four tires? Yeah right. The mechanic isn't in, we'll do the tires now, bring the car back this afternoon. That afternoon: "Our single mechanic is too busy too see you, call back later." Later: "There are people in front of you now, call back later. Or you can drop your car off, we'll get it done before we close." Like they could fit me in when I called back "later"? This place is a joke.
