Bait-and-Switch – Dishonest. Free alignment with four tires? Yeah right. The mechanic isn't in, we'll do the tires now, bring the car back this afternoon. That afternoon: "Our single mechanic is too busy too see you, call back later." Later: "There are people in front of you now, call back later.
