Engaged Budget Stairs to take out existing stairs and replace with a new set for my terrace. From initial engagement to the end product the level of service was exceptional. Can’t recommend more highly. Thanks to the team there!
I've contacted budget stairs 6 times in order to get a quote. They keep saying the person that quotes will call me. Absolutely useless, I call up asking for the manager or boss and the lady that answered the phone puts me through to a worker in the factory then he puts me back to the lady who originally answered. Stay away if you dont want to get stuffed around.
Budget Stairs don't eant more work, they ate behind in production apparently. I waited and waited for Budget stairs to come and do a quote and got phone call this morning to say they won't be coming to do a quote at all. I have been waiting for months for this company. They did a superb job of a complex staircase at a very competitive price.
Budget Stairs replaced our floating staircase with a traditional timber one to suit our new house. We were fairly nervous about the project and we had several companies quote on the work. Honestly, I was worried about ending up with “Budget Stairs” in a multi-million dollar home but Robbie and Luke were awesome from the start; they offered good advice and gave me a lot of confidence.
