Horrible to deal with. Tried multiple times and ignored cutomers. Do not give him any business. He needs to learn how to be honest and communicate accordingly...he lost out it a few contracts due to the lack of professionalism.
We had been waiting for another solar company to come out and help us for over a year, always got excuses & missed appointments. Tom was able to help us out, same day! Plus, he's very knowledgeable & willing to share his experience with us "newbies". We're up and running! Thanks to Tom!
