I almost didn't go because of a couple negative reviews. It just goes to show you can't completely make decisions based on a few negative reviews bc they are the people that usually have reason to put out a review, while most who have an average to great experience don't take the time. Anyways, I found Budget to be very friendly, professional, and efficient. I got my vacuum back quickly and it works wonderfully!
Took my sewing machine in to get repaired. He did a great job and even cleaned out all the lint, etc. He gotit donein justa coupledays, and I thought the charge was reasonable.
I have been taking my dyson here for years now. The service is great! My vacuum is always ready within a day or two and the owner is always prompt in notifying me. So affordable and wonderful service!!!
Ditto...I will never go back. He tuned up my serger and when I quickly returned it because it wasn't staying threaded he would not give me the time of day. He gave a long explanation about needing to do a "bench charge" if he helped me. He could have helped me rethread it in the time he was telling me why he couldn't or wouldn't.
If you value your time and customer service, DO NOT give your vacuum or sewing machine to this company! The owner never called me to update me on the status of my orders, and I have taken multiple vacuums and sewing machines to him to be repaired. The final "straw" was in November....I took a vacuum to be repaired. Was told the part was out of stock at the factory and would not be available for "a while". Within a span of about two weeks, I had to bring in both my sewing machine and serger for maintenance. They were fixed quickly with parts replaced as needed and I haven't had a bit of trouble with them since. Friendly service and they'll order parts and accessories if needed.
