-10 Stars. Terrible customer service with inconsistent hours. Pays way too much. No trash to dispose waste. Unsafe looking area. Rodents and bugs are a constant. No safe way to access upper places of a store unit. If you keep hanging around at your unit they'll lock it keeping you out till you pay it. Unfriendly driving area to the point where it feels cramped.
My disabled son and grandchildren inherited the storage shed contents and I took over pymnts and had to get it out of there. She made me pay his bill instead of starting new. Just about everything was a loss when moving out of this place. The unit protected nothing. And they don't provide any dumpsters or even a single trash can to throw away the trash created. Don’t rent from this place, in regards to the other comment saying they take your money this IS TRUE!! They will say you have not paid when you did and then blame it on you. Don’t waste your time with this place!!
This place is terrible and they take your money. Paid the monthly amount for storage unit and they put it on someone else’s unit in my family that was also due and is making me pay for it again even though we already did and they are the ones that messed up.
