By their add online it looks like it's a big RV center I go there and it's a dirt lot with a small shed and they do not sell parts as the ones I was looking for they did not have but was willing to give me free ones if they had them but they didn't have the ones that would fit my trailer The reason for the four stars is because their ad is deceiving online that they are a full service and have parts and everything for trailers as they don't and I have went out of my way to go there.
Recently contacted Austin to install a new electric awning. Install was great and was very flexible as I preferred to wire it up myself. Service was quick and painless. I will be using them in the future to change wheel bearings. Top notch!!
Awesome guys to work with ,very thorough in their work his guys know what they’re doing the only place to take your RV for repairs in my opinion!
We thought we were ready for 4th of July camping and it was a no go 😢 our trailer was leaking. We called and Budget RV got out trailer ready for our trip in a days notice! He even was thoughtful enough to turn our fridge and freezer on since we were leaving the following morning. Incredible service!! I would recommend him to anyone needing their trailer serviced or maintenance. He has a customer for life with us.
Austin repaired a nightmare slide out issue on our Lance travel trailer. Excellent service, keeping us current on progress, explaining (showing) us exactly what the repairs entailed. We highly recommend his business!
