Just had the most amazing experience with Budget, had a broken roller shutter that I called about on Tuesday and now it’s 4pm Wednesday and it’s fixed…and it’s perfect. Kim, in the office was so so brilliant, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with and Jimmy was fantastic, as was the installer. Could not recommend these guys highly enough and I will be sending all of my business and anyone else that needs shutters. Thanks so much guys
I cant recommend this company and their sub contractor enough. Kim went an extra whole arm for me to get someone here today to fix my roller blind before inspection on Sat. And that was this morning. Then he arrived before lunch! It's fixed with new parts n all. Such great service cant thank them enough. They installed this new shutter for me a few years ago with the remote and it's been a great unit. I left a chair in the way and was my fault for the fix! 10 stars Highly recommend

We emailed a number of Shutter companies as we wanted a supply only. Every other company went the hard sell and wanted a site visit. Budget were the only ones who did exactly as I asked. They were easy to contact, replied almost immediately and exceeded our expectations. Shutters were ready as promised and exactly what we asked for. We've had them up for a while now and they work perfectly. Great customer service! Thanks to Jimmy and the team. A+
I just want to recognize the really good service and generosity of Jimmy at Budget Roller Shutters. I had roller shutters from a rival business installed and I removed one of them because of renovations. In doing this I managed to break the shutter leg on the end plate. So I couldn't reinstall it once rendering was complete. I got a price from the original supplier for 95 dollars but they couldn't supply for 2 weeks.
