Pamela and Marc are absolutely amazing! My pickup and drop off was stress-free and quick. I used my American Express which most companies don't take. The rental I had was very clean and affordable. I did do an extension which was very easy as well.

Picked up our rental today at 12 pm name under "Dahl" and received a very dirty car. Cost us $437 plus a $250 hold added, and this was not what I was expected to receive. There is sand, dog hair, stains, dents, and obvious wreckage on the right side, and the car smells heavy with cleaning products covering up the obvious smoke smell. The guy at this location drove the car around, handed me the keys, and left. No walk thru or anything with the car to touch of damages, etc. Called budget call center and they said my only optio... read more
