They called me literally 5 minutes before my appointment to tell me they did not have my van rental. They then billed me for the rental as if I am the one who didn't cancel the appointment instead of it being their fault. Why did this happen? It happened because the guy at the desk did not mark it in the computer as them not having the vehicle available for rental so automatically, they billed me for not canceling. How ridiculous is that? I will never go here again, and I will tell everyone I know how incompetent this place ... read more
Worst service I've ever experienced. We didn't get the car we had booked because they claimed they had run out of cars and kept making excuses. The staff were also very rude. Completely unreliable and unpredictable. I will never book with them again.
THE BEST! That is my rating for this location. Dave and Alex provided top tier service and I rent vehicles for my work all over the country and abroad. Very enjoyable and smooth experience at this location. Far better than I ever experienced at any airport.
Made a reservation over 2 weeks in advance for Memorial Day weekend. Scheduled to pick up car Saturday at 11:00 AM. They called me FRIDAY NIGHT AT 8:00 PM to cancel my reservation because they didn’t have any cars available. Good luck finding another rental on a Friday night after 8:00 PM on a holiday weekend. Obviously reservations don’t mean diddly squat with this location. Totally ruined my weekend.
Budget Charlotte Airport One agent thirty clients. Twenty minutes later he’s with the same client chatting and laughing. Never ever will I use Budget again. RIDICULOUS. Had to cancel reservations made for two hours after landing.
