If I could rate them in the negative I would. Im furious! I rented the first time a truck, and when I got there they of course didnt have my truck so I ended up with some small car with no apologies. It was take it or leave it attitude. The second time (Im a glutton for punishment) I reserved a van and on my reserve date they didnt have a van. First, the employees went way over the call of duty with the people in front of us meaning we had to wait for over 30 minutes to be served. They couldnt get us out of the door fast enough as they were ready to close. They have no authority to negotiate anything so if you are not satisfied, basically, that is your problem. Then the car - all 4 tires needed air, something as simple as the clock wasnt set. There was no owners manual in the glove box.What they failed to tell you was, I was returning the car on a holiday and they... read more
