I was very pleased with the service at the front desk. I walked in 3 minutes before closing to reserve a truck, and they still helped me with a smile on their face. The Lady and Gentleman were very informative. No fluff. No upcharging. And fast service. Highly recommend.
I have been a client at this location for about 5 years. The selection of cars are getting scarce. The team at this location is friendly and always looking forward to accommodate me but hard to get the car I want. there is not enough options available to rent.
Terrible experience. We returned our car here and they claimed we smoked in the car! Nobody ever smoked in this vehicle. Some sort of scam going on here. $450 fine for absolutely nothing. Beware renting from here, completely unprofessional and untrustworthy

I’ve rented from Budget twice, and both experiences went very well. On one trip, another car actually hit us while we were driving and drove away, but everything was handled smoothly and without any problems. Because of that experience, I definitely recommend getting their insurance. Driving in Miami can be challenging, so it really gives you peace of mind. I would definitely rent from them again.
