Have emailed and phoned for a fill on our monitored tank since December. Knocked myself out keeping path clear of snow all winter but Budget never came. Have always requested tank be kept full, exactly to get us thru the type of emergency that Gravenhurst is now in. Tank at 13% and we have water in the pipes. Will post pics if there is damage, but will gladly remove this review after a fill. Thank you.
6am this morning marks one full week without Hydro. Living rural and now off grid due to power loss has only been possible due to our whole home generator. Our only issue is Budget Propane Delivery. If you would inform your customers of when they can expect delivery, we could then adjust our usage but you refuse to. You may show up, you may not. Horrible way to live in the unknown. I CAN NOT THANK BUDGET ENOUGH. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE LATELY WITH THE ICE STORM AND TERRIBLE WEATHER. GEORGE THOMPSON FROM BUDGET CAME AND FILLED MY PROPANE TANK AND SAVED THE DAY. BUDGET IS WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!
So thankful Mr. Robbins stopped by and filled our tank. We were empty.
