Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My first order was delayed, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But with the second order, they started the job and then completely disappeared. I've been trying to get in touch for over a month with no response. Unreliable and unprofessional — I would not recommend.
I woud not recommend Budget Promo Group to anyone who is looking for professional service.
