I have never been treated so rudely as by this man. He charged me considerably more than the competition (over $80!) to come to my home, open the spa, and tell me a component isn't working...he was literally there for 10 minutes. He then was rude to us, and when I complained, told me to "get somebody else," and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly.
