I asked for an element to be installed which cost them $27.50. I did not ask them to inspect the water heater as I knew it needed an element. I sent photos of the water heater so they could get the proper element for it. They charged me $390 in labor! Outrageous!
Responded to my text for help immediately and installed my stove the next week - excellent service and very courteous service person - will use them again and I highly recommend them - thanks!
