Contacted this company about a shower R&R, he expressed concern about removing the shower (understandable) gave me a figure he'd charge just for the removal, but told me he'd give me a detailed out quote and I could decide how I wanted to proceed after a week with nothing I sent him text. He apologized and promised something by the end of the weekend. It's Monday still nothing. moving on to someone else.
Stephen came out. Was very nice to my wife and I. Professional clean. He determined the cause of my leak made recommendations of how to solve it with out breaking the bank. Will definitely use him again.
