The staff at Budget were very helpful and made the purchase of our new vehicle go smoothly. We looked at a lot of cars and Budget by far had the cleanest bunch and nicest. Would highly recommend them.
We would recommend Budget to anyone who is wanting an easy and friendly car shopping experience! Jo Ann helped us and was super helpful! She answered all our questions, let us test drive 3 vehicles on our own, and made the buying process very easy. We thought the vehicles were well priced too. We will be looking back here if we need another car!
I had a situation renting a car from these guys. A miscommunication was the issue. The owner was amazing! He’d called me and we settled the situation. Being in the service industry this is crucial for good business. We need to support small business in our area. Seriously, these guys will take care of you!!
Service is rotten and scandalous. I paid for 1500 miles for 4 days. Car was crumbs and lent all over. We got home at 8:00 pm, i had time to drop the car off early. So they charged my card another $148.00 because by dropping it off the evening before, made the miles be too many. So if i would have just parked the car in my driveway and let it sit over night, I would have saved $148 for a car that was way too much for what it was.
