I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received at Budget Muffler. They told me that there was nothing wrong with my exhaust and after they pulled my car out they came in and said that they found the problem. My air filter casing was loose, apparently after a recent oil change they did not tighten this back down. He said he could fix it real quick, he had it tightened down in no time and did not charge me for doing it. They were recommended by a family member. Did not disappoint. What was a muffler job to pass inspection, was fixed with a flange repair that cost 10% of what the other shop quoted. Fast and knowledgable, I was in and out in 15 minutes and very friendly even during a pandemic.

I was a young mom w/ two young children still in carseats. My muffler was leaking to where I could smell it inside the car. I pulled in on a whim to see how much it was going to cost. What he told me was very reasonable. I asked him to run both of my cards, hoping one of them would show my money to have posted. It had not, so i told him Id be back Friday. (this was on a Monday). Terrible, the man that fix cars is very rude and disrespectful. He refused to work on my car because I asked him a question about his prices. He threw me out his shop he's a racist!!!
