Needed a room at short notice for overnight stay due to house renovation. Got a room with no notice , very friendly service too. Room was good ,clean tidy and all I needed . Hot water and super powerful shower ,tea n coffee ,wifi and it was quiet at night which actually surprised me given its location in Midland . Definitely suited my short term needs. I'd say there again for sure given the need to find a room with no notice and the price was very reasonable compared to other Midland locations

We arrived at the Budget Motel and our Uber driver laughed and joked with us when he realised we were staying at the Budget Motel. Unfortunately, we soon found out why. The rooms were dirty, the door locks were broken, and the bed linen was unclean. To make matters worse, they took our bond and never refunded it. When we questioned this, they blamed the banks, yet all 7 of us are with different banks, so that excuse simply didn’t add up. Be careful scam! They won’t give any details about check-in, won’t answer any phone or message I was forced to sleep in my car after a long flight and of course I didn’t see a penny.
