Today I finally had to admit it was time to get some mobility aids. The lovely Laura was so helpful, kind and patient with me. Thank you Laura. Since then, I have been back to the store, and this time Jo looked after me. Both Jo and Laura were very attentive, and looked after my needs with patience and understanding.
