Amber was amazing, made the process of getting me a new unit quick, simple, and easy!
A year ago the company was great. Great people in the office. With new management it has gone down hill and they jacked up the monthly rate. The RV wash is broke or does not even dispense soap. Been like that for a while now. This was our last day. We found another storage covered and same size $150 less a month. A guy down the row from us today said the same thing. He is looking for another place.
So friendly and helpful. Had lots of options for packing materials.
Good people and a good company. We had a few small hiccups when we first moved in and the staff addressed them promptly. Dennis and David are a delight to work with and they are a lot of fun! A storage facility that is actually enjoyable to visit – – mainly due to the staff. Plus, this facility has great amenities. Highly recommend!
