my parents in their 80s ordered carpet here in August. After at least 10 scheduled dates to install-no call-no show and now it's November! Randy just lies,lies,lies-DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE! I have to get my parents money back and happily go through the BBB to rate and have a case against them to get my money back. Very bad business ethics-just strait out lies and lies....
My 80 year old parents ordered carpet here in August and paid cash. At least 10 install dates -no call-no show. It is now November and still nothing!Randy the owner just lies and lies.The business ethics is unreaL!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS! HOW CAN A BUSINESS JUST LIE AND LIE AND HAVE NO ETHICS OF HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE IS BEYOND ME! NOW TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!
Given a price paid that price then when it came to install was told that it would be an additional 920 dollars. Shocked because prior experience was good.
Impressed I had one of my tiles break and I called stacy and she had the installer come out and change it at NC . They Truly stand on their reputation .
Happy the staff at budget interiors was very helpful in my selection of flooring , and when an installation arose , I called and they responded promptly. we are now considering them for the rest of our floors this summer
I was impressed with how fast they solved a carpet installation issue. The staff always answered my calls and was always pleasant . On a side note , I learned this weekend Budget Interiors Helped in a local Charity .
Budget Interiors has great flooring! Customer service is fantastic! I received my carpet installed without any flaws and after time it still looks as great as when it was installed !! Thanks again for the great service ! Dlesk family was wonderful to me !!
Worst customer service ever!! We had carpet installed in our home on June 9th, 2010. Five days later, our dog pulled up a portion of the carpet. I had also noticed that there were some bulges on the stairs which I understand can sometimes happen once the carpet has had a chance to stretch a little. Due to these two things, I called Budget Interiors on June 16th, 2010 and spoke to Sam, who was the salesman who had helped us with the purchase.
