Thank you Budget Insurance of Yorktown for being the best. Mr. Kevin explained all the details to my dilemma amd made me feel like everything would be fine. He added my new vehicle to my policy within minutes and were far less than any other company could offer. If you need a great Insurance company with a great customer service please go to Budget Insurance in Yorktown.
Canceled all policies. Kevin use to be great at answering the phone or at least calling back and getting great rates for home and auto. Now he never answers the phone and switched my insurance when I got a new car to a policy that isn't consistent in its drafting and charges alot more than other companies. Customer Service is important it takes more than just speaking kindly to people got to follow through when doing business.
Great when he first gives you a quote, but horrible at returning calls after the fact. Never told my son about snapshot and didn't explain things well.
