Stovetop and microwave didn't work and no improvements after many requests for repairs. No desk or chairs for computer research. Be aware, outlets by the heater lack outlet covers and the outlet by lamps lack outlet covers and the lamp outlet moved so much that the lamp light seldom worked properly and overhead lights are a super white bright light that was to bright. Get back on the highway don't stay here..... no hot water. No internet. Paid for the week checked out day 3 and they kept the money..... front desk has no clue how to run a hotel..... keep on trucking right past this one
Stayed here for a month while my home was being found. The staff there goes above and beyond for the guest. Don't let the renovation scare you off the new rooms are beautiful! Stop by and stay you will not regret it!
I would absolutely stay here again. The room was a total dump. But it did the job, the more important thing was it was safe. Quiet. And the staff was amazing. Specifically Margaret. She was so kind. Welcoming and made the experience a pleasure. The location was away from the high crime areas of the downtown. Close to the race track. Minutes to all amenities.
