I would absolutely stay here again. The room was a total dump. But it did the job, the more important thing was it was safe. Quiet. And the staff was amazing. Specifically Margaret. She was so kind. Welcoming and made the experience a pleasure. The location was away from the high crime areas of the downtown. Close to the race track. Minutes to all amenities. Run! The staff was very nice but our room looked like a fire hazardous room from an 80’s horror movie. Tv didn’t work, heater didn’t work, mouse traps and not even any toilet paper and paid over $200. We tried to leave but everyone else was booked.
Plz hire someone more helpful at the morning front desk.m staying here for more than a month but I m scared to talk to front desk lady about any issue I face and which is normal for any motel.but every time she says u r not paying for that particular issue.she never tells me what I m paying for.ridiculous service.
Great motel to stay. Very clean and updated. Byron is a great manager and takes care of his customers. They also offer a great weekly and monthly rate.
