I checked into my room and was initially given a key card, but when I got to the door, it required a pin code. I had to return to the front desk, where the employee (Margaret) said she didn’t realize it was a keypad room. After getting into the room, I immediately noticed safety and maintenance issues. My friend has been staying here and it started out really good. The lady Margaret offered her a job but my friend turned it down. After that Margaret started being very petty and a few times would not let her and her family stay after paying on the app. Margaret seemed to not know about the app though she has been there for years! The pictures you see on websites are a complete fabrication. Pay more money and go somewhere else! We stayed here for the April race weekend. Room had lights and outlets that didn't work, spa tub jets partially worked. No local channels on tv only streaming. Bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet seat wobbled. There wasn't a hairdryer, coffee maker. The alarm clock wasn't plugged in.There were outlet covers and debris in the drawers. This place should not be open. I ended up not staying there because they said I didn't have a booking even though I had the confirmation email from them. They offered me a room at a much higher price than what I booked for. I didn't see the rooms but the outside was not as awesome as the pictures.
Liked it sooo much.
