Great place to stay! Friendly service and clean. Walking distance to stores and fast food restaurants. Just walking distance. Great location Recommend!

Our room was great, comfortable beds and very very clean even smelled fresh, women at the desk was so nice , we will definitely be back when we visit our boy at William Penn university.
Our room was very clean. The place is older, our bathroom door didn't shut all the way, but no big deal. And it was $$ way cheaper then the rest in town.
We came in for the nationals last weekend. For being a ma and pa motel, the owner took the time for us. Very sweet lady. The cleaning girls were as awesome and they all seemed to work as a time. The room was great. I checked out all the beds and the cleanness of the bathroom. No signs of bed bugs. And room was very clean and smelled great. Only complaint and it really isn't that just suggestion of maybe touching up the walls. Just had alot of little nicks from maybe moving furniture around.
