Booked this hotel last minute late at night for one night due to a difficult situation. We did not have high expectations due to its outwardly appearance, but the owner was the sweetest and very helpful. We booked the smallest room, and it was very clean, and the bathroom looked so modern and upscale, like from an expensive hotel. It had everything you could need for one night. Room was cleanest I've seen n while every thing u needed was in the room nice king size bed lots places plug in your items n walk n shower plus 10 strong safe doors n down stairs room 106 can't go wrong for the price at night u have lights around ya great job to all who made it happen thank you !!

VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the room. We came in late at night as a walk-in and the manager got us squared away with no fuss. Budget Inn should have the management of this property give seminars on how things should be done. We will be staying here again.
