I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to. Our neighbors found a total of four baby snakes in their bathroom in a period of a few days! It was unbelievable! I saw the snakes with my own two eyes. We also had a roach crawling in our bathtub! Oh, & they don't have fitted sheets for the mattresses, they just lay a sheet down & don't even try to tuck it in, so when you wake up your laying on a nasty mattress.
