I rented two rooms; the TV in one room didn't work, and when we asked for extra towels for the other room, we were practically treated like a criminal--asked what room they were for, how many people in that room, and only given ONE towel when we told them there were two people in the room. Almost as if they were worried about us stealing their precious towels.
