I have stayed there a few times in my life and it always has needed work. And from what i hear has not changed. Roaches and bedbugs have been a problem and the fact they raise the rates of what it used to be but dont improve the place. Always bad reputation and problems. The only good thing is it is next to bars and it prevents some from driving home drunk.
