If the building code people were to look at this place, they would condemn the place. Please look else where. The floor is worse then a fun house and the mold left us with severe allergys. If my better half had jumped in the bathroom the floor would have given in. The tub dripped all night. The floor under the sink was ready to fall in and the smell of the rotting wood floors never left the room, even with AC running all the time. I was very disappointed.
