We had Kumar and his team complete a secondary suite in our basement. Overall happy with the results and the choices we were given. Kumar was available to address any concerns we had along the way, and has promised to address any issues that may come up in the future.

I hired budget renovations to renovate my house. Kumar said it would take 3 to 4 months to complete. It has now been over 1 and 1/2 years and it is still not complete. The stairs still have not passed inspection. The main bathroom shower leaked water onto the floor for the first 6 months. The floor was never leveled leaving bumps and divots.
