Dean made the initial visit and assessment at our home. Very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options and we decided on a new furnace, heat pump, and a tankless water heater. Our installers were Bobby and Saeed. They worked long hours to get the job done. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Amber submitted our application for a rebate. She was very efficient, friendly and somehow always seemed to be available by phone despite her busy schedule. Very satisfied with Budget Heating and Plumbing Services.

We hired Budget Heating and Plumbing for our basement suite legalization in West Van, and honestly, having them handle the renovation work along with the mechanicals was a lifesaver. It’s hard enough coordinating trades for a suite legalization, so it was great to have one team manage the repiping and heating upgrades as well as the actual build-out of the kitchen and bathroom. I had called Budget Heating and Plumbing Services after my hot water tank was blown and gushing water, and they sent someone out immediately mind you this at 5 PM, and also a rental property so my tenants had no hot water, they had very good communication told me I needed to change the hot water tank sent me videos/pictures, and the very next morning at 9am they had a technician out there to have a brand new tank installed. I had my combination boiler replaced and I’m genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The team showed up right on time, walked me through everything, and handled the installation with real skill. The new boiler works so much better it’s quiet, efficient, and completely reliable. They also cleaned up afterwards and made sure I knew how to use the new system. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish with Budget Heating & Plumbing.
