Dean made the initial visit and assessment at our home. Very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options and we decided on a new furnace, heat pump, and a tankless water heater. Our installers were Bobby and Saeed. They worked long hours to get the job done. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Amber submitted our application for a rebate. We had Budget Heating & Plumbing Services install a whole house water filtration system in our Vancouver home, and the results have been incredible. Not only does the water taste much better, but my skin feels softer and my daughter’s eczema has reduced drastically since the installation. Even our hair feels smoother after showers! We’re in Chilliwack and noticed our heat pump started making a loud rattling and buzzing noise every time it kicked on, especially in the evenings when it got colder. It was loud enough that we could hear it inside the house and it was starting to worry us. We called Budget Heating & Plumbing and they were able to come out pretty quickly. The tech found that it wasn’t sitting level and one of the lines was vibrating against the metal, which was causing the noise. So simple fix YAY!!
