I have been dealing with Budget Heating for many (at least 10-15) years now for HVAC, hot water, and gas fireplace maintenance, and at more than one location in that time. They are unfailingly prompt and professional. They show up when they say they will, clearly lay out service options, and communicate pricing/estimates accurately. They don't only say what needs to be done but also explain why. I don't believe that they have ever overrun an estimate in all those years.

I had called Budget Heating and Plumbing Services after my hot water tank was blown and gushing water, and they sent someone out immediately mind you this at 5 PM, and also a rental property so my tenants had no hot water, they had very good communication told me I needed to change the hot water tank sent me videos/pictures, and the very next morning at 9am they had a technician out there to have a brand new tank installed. Amber and her team are incredible and have helped solve more than a few problems over the years for me. They were also able to fit me in on short notice when I needed it. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service!! They are also great with coordinating with insurance companies if you have a claim. I can’t get over how professional and fast they work! The price is extremely competitive as well :)

Our old Super Hot boiler stopped working and left us with no heat in our home. Budget Heating & Plumbing Services came quickly, replaced it with a new Viessmann combination boiler, and did an excellent job. we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend them for boiler installation or heating repair in Surrey!
