I ordered 3 products, 2 of which were expired and discoloured. I emailed Budget twice with no response back and gave them 2 weeks to reply. I sent photos of tarnished products and was overcharged as well. The products had dust and dirt on them, a cheaper price tag was on 1 of the bottles also. I do recommend this company and will not purchase again moving forward. Terrible customer service/satisfaction!

I never write bad reviews, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with an online order. I ordered a Strex machine after mine broke, and tried to follow up several times — via email, live chat, and phone — with absolutely no success. After four days with no update and no dispatch notice, they refunded me without any explanation on the fifth day.
