I placed an order for a platter and food for an event, received confirmation, and payment was deducted — yet I’ve now been told the order was never received. The attitude of the staff when I raised the issue was dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero accountability. To make matters worse, they offered no resolution whatsoever and were completely unwilling to assist despite already taking payment.
Just WOW! The food was freshly made and delicious. I could not have asked for better service. My order arrived on time with a smile. I would recommend Budget Gourmet Catering Southport to anyone who is interested in serving simple but delicious food, and top-quality customer service. Guest comments were all extremely positive ...
