They replaced my drivers side front door window after it had been smashed out by a homeless person.. I’m super thankful they did it for $200, where every other place wanted $350-550 for the same thing. The glass is great, the window works. They vacuumed out a good portion of the glass which I didn’t expect. However, they did break the door panel where the controls are for the window and the mirror movements. I needed a living room window pane replaced quickly before listing my house. I was quoted a fair price and a one-week timeline, but when the technician arrived, the estimate suddenly stretched to the possibility of multiple weeks. After not hearing anything all week, I followed up and was promised installation on Friday or Monday. By Sunday there was still no word. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I got a quote for a glass piece last Friday for $92 + tax, when I called back to place the order they jumped the price to $260. Unprofessional and incredibly predatory behavior. I found the exact replacement glass at another shop for $120 by the way, tempered and exactly what we requested.
