Budget Glass has always been great to deal with. They used Island-made windows to upgrade our house's energy efficiency years ago and most recently they jumped into action at a moment's notice to repair a broken commercial door for the business. Always courteous installers, always fair pricing.
Excellent service. Friendly receptionist. They processed my claim, provided a courtesy taxi and vacuumed my car. Highly recommend
Was in Nanaimo for the day from Port Alberni and my driver's side windows made a noise and wouldn't go back up. We went to the dealership where I bought my car, but they didn't have any technicians available. They told us to try Budget glass. The gentleman came out and got my window up. They taped it and said I probably need a regulator. I just want to say thank you. He didn't charge me either. Very impressed with this company
When my nephew was a little kid we built him his own custom arcade machine. It's only 4 ft tall and was perfect. Now he's getting married, grown up and all moved away. For his wedding, I am hauling this arcade machine across Canada along with the new cupboard that goes underneath to bring it up to standing adult height and I refurbished it with some touch-ups to the paint and a new pane of glass over the screen, the one one finishing touch we never got around to doing.
