Horrible customer service, the older lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful.
They matched up my existing flooring during my renovation, very easy to deal with and always willing to go the extra mile.
Budget Floors is always helpful and if they don’t have what you need they can get it. Great local business!!
Only one person is ever there besides the owner (Zenith Kormarnskii). Lack of organization, and can be quite unprofessional. I had flooring installed a few months ago, and now it is falling apart already. I called the store several times throughout this week, and no one answered. This is unprofessional, and I would have been better doing the work myself at this point.
Needed flooring for master bedroom and bath. So the gal helped me with samples to take home. I Love it! Was done in a week! Thanks to Fast ordering from budget and James and Matt Sokalski also.
