we had our carpets cleaned today and they look fantastic. jack came out and did a really thorough job, making sure all the stains and dirt were gone. even though i expected the appointment at a certain time, the team still arrived and finished everything quickly and efficiently. i was happy that the cleaning was done even faster than i was first told. overall, i'm very pleased with the service from budget empire carpet cleaning and would definitely use them again.
