Overall, Budget Empire Carpet Cleaning did a good job and arrived right on time. The team cleaned 4 rooms and the stairs, and they did a great job removing the stains and freshening up the carpet. A few furniture pieces stayed in place while some were moved, which was understandable during the service. The technicians, Miles and Jack, were polite and careful, and they reminded me to walk carefully after the cleaning. I called Budget Empire Carpet Cleaning to get a quote for cat urine stains on my carpet, and the price was very fair. They had an opening the next day, which was really helpful. Before arriving, I got a message that Miles and Jack were on the way. They were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They cleaned the staircase and hallway in about an hour, and the carpet looked fresh and smelled much better after the deep cleaning.
