Budget Empire Carpet Cleaning is my top choice for rug and carpet cleaning services. Kingston and the team really understand rugs, fibers, and the right cleaning methods for each piece. They took time to explain the condition of my rug before the cleaning started, which made the whole process feel helpful and professional. Their knowledge, care, and real passion for carpet and rug cleaning clearly show in the results. The cleaning was thorough, the service was excellent, and my rug looked fresh, clean, and well cared for aft... read more

The cleaning products had a fresh scent, the equipment was heavy duty, and the carpet looked much brighter and felt refreshed aft... read more

Kingston arrived right at the start of the morning arrival window, walked through everything with us, and clearly explained the cleaning options before starting. He broke down the quote item by item, which made it easy to decide what we wanted cleaned. The job included most of the carpet in our two-bedroom home, s... read more
