We had a latex paint spill on our brand new carpet downstairs, and before replacing it, we decided to have it professionally cleaned. i am so glad we did. My vintage kilim and area rugs came back beautifully cleaned, with the colors looking fresh and vibrant. The small holes that had started to open in the oldest rug were rewoven so well that I cannot tell the repair work from the original weave. These people must be using fake reviews to boost their online presence. I used their service recently and: A) Completely late - Did not arrive on time within the 2-hour arrival window. No communication either, until I called them up. Completely unprofessional. B) Added extra room charge (They charge by the number of rooms to clean and the type of clean, not hours FYI) C) Told me they accept cheque as payment when I made the initial booking but then later changed their tune on the day of.
