Jack arrived at our home right on time and was incredibly quick in getting our carpets cleaned just in time for the holidays. The technician did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! They smell fantastic, and he successfully removed all the pet odors! I had a few stains, and he was able to eliminate those completely! He took his time and did a fantastic job! He was very polite and courteous! Before he left, he checked my carpets several times to ensure everything looked great and smelled fresh! We were really impressed when we first requested an estimate from Miles, who mentioned that he wasn't sure if the carpet could be cleaned to our liking.
