Nicholas has always done an amazing job, and the pricing is fair considering how much work goes into making everything spotless. With a large dog who has had several accidents on my basement carpet, Nicholas was able to get rid of all the stains and even remove the strong pet odor. Absolutely outstanding service! The team arrived right on schedule within the time window they promised. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care—helping us move our furniture and belongings gently so they could clean every inch of the carpet.
