I was so happy with the carpet cleaning! Our carpets were really old and had a lot of dirt. I was mostly worried about the pet smell from the two puppies we adopted. We got the extra pet treatment to help with the odor. Budget Empire Carpet Cleaners really did a fantastic job! Just called to schedule service and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and just hung up on me. If they are rude on the phone, they won't have any interest in protecting your property.
