They were able to adjust the time, which actually worked out better for me. after my kids smeared gum into my favorite area rug, i was really worried. once i calmed down, i reached out to Budget Empire Carpet Cleaners, since my brother-in-law, who knows more about rugs than i do, recommended them. they gave me same-day rug cleaning, and gary got all the gum out in just thirty minutes. after that, he cleaned the whole rug really carefully. amazing job! talk about great customer service!

4br/2700 sq ft home in Frisco, TX. Straight up, The absolute worst!!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE! 4 hrs. late. They were scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. They arrived at 6 pm. They were there for all of an hr. The company quoted me over the phone at $275. My wife waited for them to arrive, and when they got there the tech did not speak English (respectfully), so the communication was a huge issue. He tried to charge her over $700 and settled for $540.
