Called out to install a new thermostat. Realized it was wired wrong the following week when heat was coming out when the AC was on, then realized it was running on auxiliary heat rather than the heat pump when in the heat setting. After repeated calls to Rob, finally had a time set to come out and fix. No show. Called again and another appt was set. No show. Now have been calling for two weeks and only get voice mail.
