They installed Generac whole house generator last month. They have been great. Installers were fantastic - very cold weather. They went above and beyond doing their job. Super professional! So far no loss of power to put it to its use, but the unit does it weekly test without issues. Passed all inspections by the city.
Power outage on my street. I'm a senior female unable to help them troubleshoot. Wanted to charge me $350 for sn after hours visit, when I called before 4 PM. The tech couldn't show before 4, so it became my problem. I'm not happy.

Each crew member had a specific job and installation went smoothly. Very good communication with crew through the whole job!! Tony explained the total operation of the generator in detail and answered all our questions. Conan helped me set up generator app and explain in detailed how the service worked. Would highly recommend Budget Electric!
Tony and the guys got right to business. I had lights and outlets that randomly stopped working, and they went through everything and found that it was a broken wire. Very reasonably priced. They answered questions from my home warranty company so I could file a claim. Very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. Would recommend and use again
