Came in for a trim and beard touch up. Completely ruined my hair and beard. Doesn’t have a clue how to cut hair properly. Just uses a single guard and shaky hands. Horrific experience. Avoid at all cost.
Ruined my mans head. I can’t even look at him. It’s just devastating for his only good quality to be diminished.
